2011-2012 School Year Tuition and Payment Schedule
The tuition rates and payment schedule for the 2011-2012 school year are as follows:
Due APRIL 1 - $200.00 - This is a nonrefundable payment given as credit on tuition. After we receive this payment, your child will be placed on the mailing list to receive necessary forms and information related to school opening in September. This information will be mailed the end of May.
Please note the April 1 payment is for each program your child is registered in. For example, if your child is registered in the 2 day preschool and 2 day discovery, the April 1 payment would be $400.00. ($200.00 for preschool and $200.00 for discovery - This $400.00 will be given as credit toward total yearly tuition.)
Due August 15 - Tuition payment according to your choice of payment plans below:
- Single payment- Due August 15th
- Two semi-annual payments - Due August 15th and January 15th
- Ten monthly payments - Due the 15th of each month August to May. (Monthly payment plan - second payment will be due September 15). There will be a minimum late fee of $7.00 per month charged for payments received after the 15th of each month.

The semi-annual and monthly payments include an installment fee.
Please note that children can be enrolled in more than one program. For example, a child can attend a discovery program for two sessions a week and also be enrolled in the preschool class.
Rates for the optional days and discovery were calculated as follows:

Rates for the two-day program in Playgroup are double the single day tuition rates.

Rates for the optional third day Preschool Class are based on one half of the two-day tuition rate.

Rates for the optional fourth day Prekindergarten Class are based on one third of the three-day rate.
If a child withdraws from the school during the year, the refund policy is as follows: Tuition refunds will not be given to monthly tuition families. Families paying on an annual or semi-annual plan will be given a prorated refund.
Early Drop Off is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM. Program cost is $4.00 from 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM or $2.00 from 8:45 AM to 9:00AM. Reservations are not necessary.
Late Pick Up is available Tuesday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM. Program cost is $4.00 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM and $2.00 from 3:00 PM to 3:15 PM. Children picked up after 3:30 PM and before 3:45 PM will be charged $20.00. Children picked up between 3:45 PM or 4:00 PM will be charged $25.00. Reservations are not necessary.
Lunch Bunch operates on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 11:30 AM to 12:15 PM at a rate of $6.00 per hour. You will be billed the first of each month for the time that your child used the previous month. Children who are registered in the discovery, preschool, or prekindergarten programs are eligible to participate in lunch bunch.
